ABOUT ME
I started out in animation, which meant spending a lot of time observing: the way people walk, how a small gesture can reveal a personality, and what makes a movement feel believable. I spent years creating imagination beyond reality, but the more I am devoted, the more closely I learned to look at reality. After all, reality is where everything we imagine begins.
That path led me into the wider world of creative design. Coming from a generalist background in animation, it taught me how to communicate an idea through different formats: graphics, motion, animation, video, 3D, and whatever else the idea might call for. Being able to move between these visual languages helps me approach a project from different angles and follow an idea wherever it needs to go. I’m most energized when I’m learning, collaborating, and working slightly beyond what I already know.
Outside of work, I’m usually collecting references by accident: travelling, wandering around bookstores, trying new spots, observing people, and noticing the small details that other creatives might find interesting while convincing myself that it all counts as research.
Come say hello. Maybe we’ll make something interesting together.
Data Network Associates is a small local business specializing in IT and technology services. After operating under the same visual identity for nearly three decades, the company needed a rebrand and a rebuilt website that could better represent its services and meet today's digital expectations.
Because the existing identity had built long-term recognition, the challenge was to modernize the brand without losing the familiarity and trust established with its customers. I refreshed the logo and introduced a more contemporary color palette while retaining recognizable elements from the previous identity. This project allowed me to explore how a visual identity translates into a digital experience and deepened my interest in web design.
As an in-house designer, I created social media content for Chil & Co., a creative design agency, as well as several of its affiliated brands. The goal was to refresh each brand's social presence while remaining consistent with its established visual identity and voice.
Working across multiple brands required flexibility and close attention to consistency. I adapted each visual system across static graphics, event announcements, email campaigns, and video content, tailoring every asset to its platform and audience. This experience strengthened my ability to design across different formats while helping each brand maintain a cohesive and engaging digital presence.
Jordan & Skala Engineers is a multidisciplinary firm specializing in engineering services. After decades with the same visual identity, the company needed a modern, cohesive brand system that could communicate to people beyond traditional marketing materials and across today's digital platforms.
As an assistant designer, I extended the logo and brand guidelines created by a lead designer into a cohesive range of applications. From digital collateral and social media identity to merchandise, I developed a consistent visual language across touchpoints. The result is a cohesive and recognizable presence across print, digital, and motion.
